September Employee Spotlight: Lacey Miller

We are so excited to introduce you to the Bakehouse Team!

We enjoy getting to know everyone who walks through our doors, so we thought you may like to know a little bit more about those behind the counter here at the Bakehouse! Each month we'll feature a member of our team, share a little bit about them, and how they made their way to the Bakehouse. Without further ado, please meet this month's featured team member, Franklin Bakehouse’s amazing Front of House Manager, Lacey Miller!

Can you share a little bit about yourself:

I moved here from MS when I was 12 and graduated from Centennial high school in 2003. 

Why did you want to join the Bakehouse team?

I thought it would be a fun place to work. I love the downtown area. 

What's your favorite part about working at Franklin Bakehouse?

The people. I love my fellow employees and the people I get to meet. We have had so many people that come from all over the US visiting or who are new to the area. 

What is one word to describe your team?

Awesome. We have an amazing group of employees who work hard every day to provide great food and products.

What is your favorite Bakehouse menu item?

The ham and Swiss croissants...delicious!

When you're not at the Bakehouse, what are you up to?

I enjoy embroidery and cross stitch projects. I also love jigsaw puzzles. 

What is something about you that people don't know that you'd like them to know?

I like to travel. Love going to Gulf Shores, Gatlinburg, and I can't wait to go back to Charleston.

Lacey brings her best every day with her strong work ethic, great people skills, and positive attitude. We are honored to have her a part of the Bakehouse family!
