We enjoy getting to know everyone who walks through our doors, so we thought you may like to know a little bit more about those behind the counter here at the Bakehouse! Each month we'll feature a member of our team, share a little bit about them, and how they made their way to the Bakehouse. Without further ado, please meet this month's featured team member, Franklin Bakehouse’s amazing Head Baker, Gracie Dirmeyer!

Can you share a little bit about yourself:

I’m originally from Texas and moved here just a few months ago! I was raised from a long line of cooks and pastry chefs so I have this in my blood! I’m the oldest of 9 children and worked at my parents coffee shop before moving here. I recently got engaged and will be getting married at the end of March!

Describe your Bakehouse team!

Everyone is very hard working, fun, and there is always something exciting going on!

What is your favorite Bakehouse menu item?

The Quinoa Salad or the Sri Lankan Lentil Soup is my favorite.

When you're not at the Bakehouse, what are you up to?

I enjoy spending time with my friends and my Fiance. I enjoy cooking, hunting, dancing, reading and spending time with my family!
